I really like the second design; very unique and different, but very interesting. I like the way the partial image gives the website an intriguing feeling!

very nice desings. I like the idea of the second design with the flash scrolling across. I also like the background on it, being not too strong, but enough to create a nice texture for the design

I like the second design. The idea of having the frames as the links works very well. I do agree with the idea of adding images to the frames to make it more interesting.

I like the color schems you chose for both of the design. I would definately go with the second one. The image you used goes perfectly with the layout and design. I like the way how the eye goes to the image first, and how the image directs to the content! Great job!

Great work!!! I like the first design. I feel it has good balance, and it projects the "grafitti" theme. I do agree that the TMCC logo is a little difficult to read, but other than that, I would go for it with this one.

I would go for the CMYK. I would just add some texture to the background ( not as busy as the second layout) or maybe even a border around all the content.
