A very nice job. The design is really effective. Love those pooch pics. The only thing was the price PDFs take you out of the feeling of the website on the services tab. Otherwise it is great.

I will disagree with other posts here. I think the scroll bars are fine. Some of that text is very long, and routine... I wouldn't want to see it all on one page at once. It would make me crazy. For the type of site and information you have keep the scroll bars, even if you make it a little bit larg...

I think they will love your site. Looks like it is almost done as well. It is hard to come up with a suggestion... perhaps maybe the text not quite so close to the right sidebar?

A very ambitious design. I think it is great. My one suggestion, if it is possible I don't know, is to have a little less transparency beneath the text so the background right there doesn't compete quite so much. I wouldn't have a clue how to do it, so take that suggestion with a grain of salt.
