Re: Project One Final

I really like the pseudo-Nevada shape you use for you navigation bar on the left, but I'd just make sure to space the margins a little bit so it has room to breathe. Or you could go the opposite and commit to the elements being right against the edge, but either one you choose, I'd do it consistentl...

Re: Project 01 Final

The overall composition of your website is soooo professional! The goldish circle/seal was such a classy addition, and the entire design is really 'adult' looking in a very good way. Great work.

Re: Project one Final

Wow! The colors are INCREDIBLE! I love how much the background image just pops off of the black background. I think you could push it a bit further to ensure your text is completely backed, which would help with legibility as well. Regardless, awesome job.

Re: project one final

The vibrance is really helping the logo stand out, and the same is true of the navigation bar. The background is a little too washed out though, personally. If you could somehow darken or deepen it slightly without it obfuscating the logo's readability I think it'd be perfect. Either way, excellent ...

Re: project 1 final

I absolutely love the off-grey you used for the background. It combines with that mellow orange just excellently, and I really like it. Excellent work on the design!

Re: Project 1

I agree with many of the other comments that the text is just a tad busy, but other than that it's looking really good. The header especially works really well, with the navigation tabs plainly laid out. Nice design!

Re: Project 1 ~ Final

I have mad respect for sticking with the design you preferred. Part of being a designer is making those choices and having legitimate reasons for it, and you obviously did! This refined design is definitely excellent, and it conveys such a playful but professional energy. Awesome job!

Re: JC - Project 1 Final

I think the overall style is super strong already, but I do think it could use just a tad more value overall. Even something as simple as a corner vignette might help balance the slightly washed-out look the composition has, unless that's the aesthetic you're going for specifically. Either way, exce...

Project 01 Final

I decided to stick with the more colorful style, as it suited the illustration better. But in doing so, I noticed I wanted to completely redo the layout of the mobile version as it didn't flow at all with the design motifs I've used. After sectioning the illustration and title font off from the body...
