Hello everyone. My name is Denise and I am a Graphics Communications student. I have a BA from UNR in Photography which I obtained in 1992. I know it was a long time ago, maybe before some of you were born. Since that time, the digital revolution has happened and since I learned photography the old fashioned way, I felt I needed to update my skill set. This has been an interesting journey for me as most of my fellow students are way younger than me. My goal is to learn something new every day and being a TMCC student certainly helps me achieve that.
I am looking forward to learning about Web Design. After talking to my 14 yr. old daughter, I think she may be able to tutor me in HTML and CSS if I need it!

Welcome aboard GRC 175 train. I promise good scenery and mind expansion. Everything else depends on what you put in.
And remember, never not stop posting. That is all.

Hi Tommie
I look forward to meeting a fellow parent in the trenches of teenage-hood!
I'm sitting in the back row, next to the aisle on the right side (if you are facing the front of the classroom)

It's nice to know there are a few of us older persons in the program. Ha! I have been loving the program and never go anywhere with out my camera. I'm doing a personal project of taking at least one photo a day for a year. It has been interesting so far. Always enjoy seeing everyone elses work.
