I really love your second set of layouts- especially the homepage, which is a great simple layout that's going to work well on a lot of different size displays.

The maroon navigation bar is a nice contrast to the green that is associated with TMCC. I agree with the layout and how it works to guide the viewer to the different page links. The first layout is the one I'm considering with this critique. Thanks for posting.

You have some very contrasting designs, one is more artsy and chaotic with images and color, while the other design reminds me of engineer and like a STEM program. I like the overall layout of the first design.
