Perliminary Critique Two roughs
Re: Perliminary Critique Two roughs
I prefer your first design in terms of colors and layout, but it still needs something, probably a more engaging background (like a gradient or an image).

Hello Maria,
I have to say that something good is going on here with those layouts, I like better the first one although I have some suggestions for you. I really like the color that you choose, it fits perfect with the subject of your web page. I like how you start playing with pastel colors in the little circles, why not keep playing a little more in order to make the layout more dynamic and rich in color, because after all the web page is about children. I like the way that you add rounded corners to the rectangle on "OUR MISSION" why no to apply the same concept in all your square shapes in order to make unity with your little circles...anyways...you did a good job.

I really like your first layout! I think it might be good to just use one picture of a kid and make it bigger? Other than that I like it! Looks great!
