I'm more fond of the colorful design, since it contrasts more- on homepage_02, I think the title could be a bit darker. I think the bright green is a bit difficult to read on white.

Hey Adrianna, I really enjoy looking at your first design with the colorful squares background it very artsy, however, your second design feels more like TMCC as the colors are not too distracting and you included that TMCC green.
