I think both of these designs are really easy to navigate, and I think the images are really strong. Between the two versions, I think I like the 'rough 02' versions best. I like that you used less bulky text-boxes here and let the background imagery do most of the work. It might look cool if you took the take off from the mobile version, and moved it to the side slightly. This would give you a lot of open space on the other side to maybe play with the placement of your buttons and body copy.
