You could think about changing your links so they don't look so generic. Adds that special touch that might push your design a bit further. Maybe take off the text decoration on your list as well. Bullet points are ugly IMO.

I like it very much especially the subtle change in color in the rollovers... very woody.

If you care at all about grammar, which you may not, you have two compound sentences in need of commas. Writing is about the only thing I am really good at, so that is just my advice. The first sentence and the third sentence in the second paragraph need a comma before the and. Just a little thing which doesn't make much difference except to those people out there who are bothered by those things, which there are some.
