Your site is really good. I love how artistic it looks. It is a very good portfolio website. If I had to say one thing to improve on, I notice that when you rollover your resources button, the word resources is a little hard to read. I think it is a combination of the font and color matched with your skin tone color. Minor detail and overall the site looks great. I like the choice of fonts and the placement of them. Good job.

Awesome!
When you first discussed the rollover plans in preliminary the only thing going through my mind is "How the heck is she going to do that?" I didn't have my hopes up.
Now that you've done it the only thing going through my mind is "How the heck did she do that?"
Do I get an answer or is it a technique you'd rather keep to yourself like a magician and his magic tricks?

Anyway, I love it!

A great design! Very upscale. Love the rollovers revealing your face.

Only two very small suggestions. The text in the body copy seems to end strangely at the bottom, not quite on and not quite off the box. It looks as if it is a mistake. The second is the box on the project one, the white one over the face... I either want it to go all the way to the edge covering the hair to or at least a little further left. Those are very small.

Good job.
