Hey so these are my two designs, I think they look too similar to each other now that I am looking back on it. One I wanted to have more fun and bright colors while the other one I wanted to have shades of green to go with the TMCC logo green.

I like to colorful design. It is more interesting and would attract more users. I would think more about layout. Also, the body copy line length is a bit short, makes it hard to read. Good imagery.

I like both of your designs. I feel like the top design is more interesting and fun! Its easy to follow and simple. The only thing i would change is the green color you chose for the homepage. I feel like its a little too bright and blends into the background. Otherwise great job!

I like the colorful concept more!! It brings out the fun!! In terms of fonts, I'd say use a bolder font for the headline and probably tone down the neon green? It's probably just my eyes being sensitive--but anyways, I feel like the font for the headline is quite light (weight-wise)... Making it bolder would definitely make it pop out well!

Hello! I like you colorful idea best. I think is more interesting and playful. Also it does not make it look boring. The green one look a little blocky. While the color on the other one give space.

Nice job!

Hi there!
I really like your first design and how colorful it is! I think that is the strongest design. I think it would be cool to play with some variety of fonts? It may add some expression to the design.

Hi Adrianna,

Nice work! The green layout has some interesting overlapping going on, but I think I prefer the layout with the multicolored background. I find the shapes and colors really interesting, and because of the white space in the middle it's not overwhelming. Because there is so much color already, you could dial back use of color in other areas (like the navigation) to give some contrast and make it feel a little less busy.
Good job!

I like your "tmcc_homepage_02" designs best, Adrianna. They use contrast extremely well and they're bright and colorful. I especially like the color stack background image. It looks like a whole stack of semi-transparent filming gels. It makes for a really great texture and a strong color statement. Your purple navigation and logo bar to the left is another great example. It's large, but not dominant and attracts the eye to your navigation. Good use of contrast throughout. Usually, designs that are so colorful do so at the expense of contrast but sticking everything on a white background really adds it back in and makes the colors more vibrant.

I don't think your buttons need the bright olive boxes behind them, at least as upstates. I think your type is plenty visible in your purple column. Speaking of that column, I'd make it a regular rectangle and make sure it goes all the way to the top and bottom of your pages. I'd also ditch the bright green type on your home page. I'd probably swap that for a black or a purple to match the column. I'm also not sold on the green content background over your color stack image.

Nice work.

Hi! Both of layouts looks lovely and colorful. It’s simple and clean in the background with the navigation. I would say you can choose whatever you want for this project.
