GRC 175 Learning and Discussion Forum

Here are my roughs for preliminary critique. Same concept with different layouts. Let me know what you think. Here are the other pair, which I like more and i think would work better.

I like the second one, the color scheme is really cool and I like where the navigation is.
However the banner/header looks just a little bit too big.

cheyenne you were reading my mind cuz that exactly what I am thinking to, make the header smaller, OR maybe overlap it onto the box below so its not as heavy and bulky up at the top. I think the organization on the second one is cool, and interesting yet works really well.

I agree with Faith and Cheyenne's comments on the size of the banner it should be smaller, however I see no reason why you cant have it full size on the home page like in the second design...

your typography is very cool, I actually like your first design, especially the secondary pages, it looks more dynamic and maybe a little less cluttered

Can I say I like them all and can't you use all of them. All four of your designs are awesome.

Very neat typography. I would go with the second design. The layout has more visual interest.

wowsa! I like the second one...though maybe the inner pages have a smaller header.

I like them all! I am especially liking the first page with the large diagonal header. They are all colorful but not cluttered. Great job on the typography.
