Here is my two roughs. The first is a simple three column design layout. It used an aqua and light blue color scheme. This one is less graphic dependant than my second design, as I was hoping to create a high level of ease of use for the visitor. I also designed a logo so I used blue in both layouts.
My second layout is uses tints and shades of the blue I used for the logo. I tried to use graphics and images to create movement through the design. I also attempted to use color and emphasis to create hierarchy.

Hi Aharon - The second concept is truly spectacular. The way you've overlapped different objects here and there is what's really pulling it all together for me. Really nice job. I can't think of any improvements off the top of my head.

the water effects are great yo good work.

Wow Aharon! Both layouts are very spectacular. I really like the how you used the image in the first one with the picture bubbles and the image in the background and then the banner at the bottom of the page on next layout. I think that it is important for a web pages that have to deal with children to have tons of imagery in them…you obviously agree with me. Great job Buddy

Well I think I'm enjoying the second set more- it seems like the extra graphics add a lot more to your design:-) beautiful color pallete too!

Nice work on both although I'm liking the second one best. Nice overlapping with your images and the colors obviously work very, very well. Great job!
