I think I prefer your second design, it looks very traditional and the layout flows really well. The only thing that I would change is the texts gray background and make it whiter so that your website is a little brighter. Good job!

I think I like your first design better, just because there is more going on and that draws my eye throughout the design. The only thing that I would change is the image on the homepage, I think if you lightened it a little it would make your design more bright. Good job!

I like your first design, the layout is set up really well and everything is easy to read. The only thing I would change is making the bottom of the image on the main page less white, it takes away from the navigation up top. Good work!
