I did my best with this. Please excuse the dropdown menu, it was my first time creating one so I wasn't able to do much with it. And the links on the faculty page aren't centering like I'd like them to.

It looks pretty good for the structure of the website. I'd suggest adding more space and color just so there's some juxtaposition.

I personally like the second concept the best. It's more consistent overall and has a good color scheme. Plus the layout is easy and guides the eye across the screen.
