I'm digging the layouts, but that blue on the first layout is catching my eye. I would just make the Nav placements even and the same size for some unity, but besides that, these look clean!

I'm liking the first ones elements more, I love the use of tape to use for the text, it makes it blend really well with the collage, and it'll work for every page :D If there's a way to make the text look legi...

I love both designs, the second one is more professional looking but the first one I think fits a school of art better.
I would just add more of the yellow, possibly on the navs to show which page you're on. Overall, great job!

I'm loving option 2 for the bright colors, it fits the cupcake theme. I think if there's a way to make the images into round shapes to match the rest of your round elements, it would fit a bit better. Overall, great job!
