Very corporate looking. Very nice, but not exciting, as well. Either one.

No.2. Needs brighter colors to contrast against the black background.

No.2. - looks like blood coming out of the computer.

No.2. - Better contrast. Easy to read.

No. 2. I would add dotted lines to make it look like a box that needs folding, as well as other items that would allude to that concept.
