i really enjoy the colorful art work, but the navigation is slightly hard to read.

Its a little bright, also I think you should try out different fonts, but I enjoy the tabs changing colors when you roll over them.

i love the images on the first design, but i really enjoy the navigation on the second design. Also, I prefer the layout of your content area in the second design over the first.

i love the hexagons on the sides. The content page seems slightly over extended, but i think you can easily fix that with images.

i enjoy how you have the images slightly out of the content area container, but i think you need to try different backgrounds. The white makes it kind of pale.

i like the idea of making the website in to a folder shape, but you must do something with those buttons other than just making them bigger. Also, i think your design needs a cool font.

i enjoy the home page, that image is very crisp. I think in this design you can get away with using a font that you think works well at describing the grc program.

I like the impact headers you add, a great theme. You should see if you can find a more impact type face for the header and the navigation.
