I think both designs are strong, but I like the top set because the content is easier to take in. I would move the logo if you decide to go with that design though. I feel like it's oddly placed in the middle.

I think you did a good job with both roughs. I'm leaning towards the top set because I think it's a strong layout, and I like the GRC in the bottom corner, but you might consider adding another color to you color scheme if you decide to go with that design. Nice Work!

I think you have to interesting designs, but I would go with the bottom set because I think it's layed out a little better, and I like the banner. Either way you go, I would try to declutter the design. Good Luck with your project!
