Well done. I really enjoy the layout and the overall feel of the design. It feels very sleek and modern. Your buttons are awesome. I like how they move when you click on them. It was pretty laggy though, and it kept bugging me.

I really like how this turned out. Having a continuous page that scrolls down like that is a neat idea. I also really enjoy how you subtlety used color. It just gives me a great feeling when scroll through it. I would just make the "Graphic Communications" headline more prominent.

The site is well organized and easy to navigate through. I would just fade the pictures in the back because they're a little distracting.

You did a nice job at carrying the green color scheme from the current website. Working with that green is tough, but you pulled it off. The top banner doesn't stretch out all the way on my computer. It's a nice, simple layout, maybe too simple... I just feels like it needs more. I like what you have, but I just feel like you could've done more.

The tab idea is really neat. I also really like your icons. The site has an overall school vibe going on. My only criticism would be that the words graphic and communications are too far apart in your top banner.

I like the green color scheme that you were going for, but the blue buttons take away from it. I like the layout that you have, but the buttons standout way too much. They don't seem to work with the overall design. I would also justify your type like Natsuki said.
