I've really tried to put some smooth scrolling and lightbox but it doesn't work, I'll figure how to fix later but I don't want to be late so I upload this for now. I really like the borders on the second design, but I'd like to read body copies with the white background as the first concept. Definitely, you should use the tmcc logo without the square. Really good job!!

I like the pictures you used in the first design, but the second design's structure looks better.
I agree that the navigation is a little bit hard to read so probably you can put a half-opacity box on the back.

I agree with all suggestions you've got so far, so do that :) And I think you should just decide which way you wanna go with, the horizontal navigation or the vertical navigation then just try to make them consistent. If the navigation doesn't follow to all pages, you gotta get a solution how viewer...

I like your both of designs. I'm slightly leaning more on the first one because it's safer to use, means its overall positioning is better than another one. Only one minor thing I'd say for the first design is about the typefaces you used. I can see three different typefaces and I guess the one used...

Yeah I think the second one is better because it looks clean and easy on eyes. I'd change the rainbow-colored balls to something else such as just simple lines and the color should be related any color on the page...maybe purple? Also, I just contributed a post to share our student works for the gal...

I guess I like your first design better because it's very clean, neat, and very stable.

For those images on the top, you can make them half tone down or play with opacity.
