Re: Box's Project 3 Preliminary

Hi, Both designs have elements that are strong, but tmcc_site_01 is the stronger all-around. The layout for tmcc_site_01_overview design is easy to navigate. Since the text is black, try a light-colored drop shadow for more contrast. The spacing between design elements feels right. The unique border...

Re: Project 3 Prelim

Hi, Both designs are strong, clean, professional, but the second one is winning in this case. The first one would be applicable, but the skeleton is something more people would identify with. (Or at the least the skeleton is accurate at representing the grc program.) Try increasing the contrast on t...

Re: Project 3 Prelim: The Home Stretch

Hi, The design titled project3preliminary_02 is the stronger design. The squares are appealing and visually convey the navigation well. The spacing and margins line up well. The squares over the image on the program overview design distract from the image, however. Try putting the images of students...

Re: Project #3 ~ prelim

Hi,

The second design is easier to read than design 01. It it easy to navigate and understand. The colors may need some adjusting for the design to be visually stronger. The contrast works well, however. The typeface works well with the design.

Re: Project 3-Preliminary

Hi,

The green and white design is clean and neat. More info on the home page design may help the uninformed audience. The image rotator is a nice addition to the design.

Re: Project Three Critique _Lea

Hi,

Version one design is the stronger design. The colors and graphics are eye catching. The TMCC logo is out of place in the design. It might work better if it were at the bottom of the page or if it were white instead. The design is easy to navigate and flows well.

Re: Preliminary Critique for Project 3

Hi,

The second set of designs (home_page_2_1) are easier to read and utilize spacing well. The margins need a little bit, but the design is easy to navigate and flows well.

Re: Project 3 Preliminary

Hi, Both designs are visually appealing, but in this case, design 1 is the stronger design. The colorful graphics and typefaces complement each other and are nicely contrasted by the white text. The design flows well. Even though the graphics are visually interesting, the home page design could incl...

Re: Project 3 - Prelim

Hi, Both designs are clean and professional. Both could be applied in different situations and work well. For the purpose of project 3 however, rough 1 is stronger. The square navigation blocks are a nice addition to the geometric theme. The typefaces and graphics unify the design. The design could ...
