Re: Prelim. #2
Hi April, layout is headed in a good direction. The homepage is to blue, I feel that a background, transparent image might help out. The smaller icon images in the homepage might be a good opportunity to showcase nice photography of eyewear and such instead of silhouette icons. Again headed in a goo...

Hi Dana, I think your layouts are headed in a good direction but I think you should push a more modern look for your site. That background pattern looks like wallpaper, ugh :) I like the typeface that you're using for the company name, good selection. Your imagery is good but maybe giving them borde...

Hi Megan, I'm loving the last layout hands down! Clean, awesome imagery, and good type selected. The last layout, phone version, I think your "EL DORADO CATAHOULAS" type is too big, the poor dog needs some room to breathe Good work Megan!

Hi Clara, I like the logo that you're using here. I think you need more imagery, right now there is a ton of blue and white text and that about it. I love the imagery of the last one! I just feel that high quality imagery of people in service, playing music, praying, preaching would better illustrat...

Hi Sarah, I like layout two. I enjoy the outlined Tahoe illustration and background image. I don't know about your typeface, it's very sharp, rebel-ish for the type of tourist website that you are going for. It's headed in a good direction but I think it needs a bit more development, I don't get tha...

Kayla, nailed it! Images of delicious donuts is KEY!!! and you nailed that too, well done. Love the typeface you're using for the name of the shop. Love the color pallet you're using. Overall everything is well balanced and clean. If I was to suggest one thing, it would be to maybe reconsider the ty...

Hey Matt, it's a bit difficult to visualize where you want to take your concept to be honest. Imagery for jewelry is very important, showing the high quality of jewelry images will make your costumes visit the location in person. Your color scheme doesn't speak to me jewelry, classy, I would revisit...

Re: Project 2
Tandy, I see how much cleaner you've brought it from its original state, thank you, lol. I like the typeface you're using as headlines. I would revisit the alignment of your body copy, I think align left would be more readable. I think revisiting the use of red as your background color on all your l...

Re: Project 2 Rough
Yuri, I like the typeface that you selected for the name of the joint. I would use more classy, beer/ restaurant/ lounge/ back of restaurant fire pit images. I think you're holding your design back from its potential with just having a brick wall as the entire image. I like the overall layout of bot...
