I think it's a nice design, but it's bothersome that the navigation changes locations on each page.

I like the overall look. everything seems a bit small and im not sure if having your navigation move on every page is a good idea but overall it looks good.

The general design could be really cool but I just get lost. Navigation moves and changes nav content as you go from page to page. Hard to tell what page I am on.

I like the overall design of the site. But like the others have mentioned its bit confusing for the changing of the nav area as well as the changing between black and white background colors.

You have some very effective pages, but perhaps too much variety from page to page. And I think the gallery should have the popups working, but otherwise very good job.
