Awwwwwww! A sunflower. Is that an autobiographical photo there.

You've got a really interesting background texture here. Vertically, it looks like wet paint. Horizontally, it looks like rippling water. The whole design has a clean artsy feel to it, like an art gallery or an upscale sandwich shop. You've made great use of whitespace to open it up. The container really looks like a sheet of paper. Good work with the drop shadow to add depth too. Your type is well chosen. I like the combination of the sans-serif type with the super artsy serif type. Nice use of positioning with your title name too. Hanging it out of the edge of your container really adds a little extra visual interest.

I think your bodycopy font is a little bold. A thinner/lighter version of the typeface would not have been as dominant. Probably could have used a little tighter leading too. On your phone design, your bottom navigation is a little closer to the left than the right.

Great job!

I absolutely love the way that your name overlaps with the background shape, it gives it a sense of dimension. And I really like your minimalism here, great job.

The texture of the font goes really well with the background texture! I agree that using a less bold choice would be more easy to read, but I think that it is a really strong choice considering the cohesive nature that it brings with the background making the design more three-dimensional. I love the spacing of each of the pieces of the layout.

This is one of my favorite designs. I like the bright color of the flower with the whole composition and how well it flows with everything.

Nice! Simple and pretty. You might try a different alignment on your body copy.
