I like your logo. The page is pretty simple I think you should have added something other than just a white box on a gray background to put your content in. Page titles would be a good idea as well.

I really like the typography stuff on the home page, it gives the impression of GRC more than the sky background.

I like the moving logo on the navigation. That is different. I wish there was a different background color than white and that there was more of a sense of space around everything... it is a bit too compact. But otherwise good job.
