I think the overall look of your site is unique and quite cool. I think your contrast between your type and background couild be better. The only other thing I would suggest is to think more about the order you placed your navigation buttons in. Normally I would expect to see the overview first then progressing down the order of importance. Also there is no way to get back to the first page once you have left it so that might be something else you should look at. Other than that it looks good.

I can't say that I have anything to critique. As kyle said, the contrast between text and background could be improved but other than that it looks great!

I really love your design. The header is fabulous. And I like how your rollovers are an extension of the button's text.

Great job! The navigation is awesome and the top part with the break down of the letters is very good. The only thing I would like to see is the type justified for it to be a block. That is personal opinion though. Great job!

A very good site. Your gallery works really well. I like your navigation a lot, but the "Instructors" needs to match the rest of the text.

A suggestion: add a little bit more color to the header on the left... maybe the x height line... to slight brighten the left side and give a little balance. You don't have to use a dominant color if you want it to be more subtle there, but I would add something, because right now my eye jumps to the end where all the color is. Maybe it would read better from left to right... give it a try and see.
