Hello Everyone
I wanted to create 2 different color layouts with different images.
my inspiration sites are:

Bella Andre is a web site for a book author but I love her layout. it's very user friendly with all her links in plain view and easy to navigate through her site.
Square Space is a site for web developing and gives great ideas on layouts and how they look.
in my brighter website. I used red, orange, and yellows and more of an excitement type website while my Celtic, green layouts
are more calming and image heavy but fitting to the web site.

Hey Charmaine, great job on both designs. There are stuff about each design that I love and some stuff that could use some work. I really am leaning on the first design with the green because it's visually interesting and elegant. It is very easy to read and has everything it needs in an organized fashion. The only thing this design lacks that I really enjoy on the other rough is the banner of the trees. I think on the second rough it looks very nice and appealing. I know you already have a lot going on in the first rough but if you were able to incorporate that into the green page then I think it would turn out really well. With the second rough, I personally think the rainbow nav bar isn't a great choice. It looks nice but can sometimes make it hard to read and doesn't fit the color scheme too well. I would probably change that to a gradient from a dark red to a lighter orange maybe. I also found the second design to be just a little too empty. It looks nice with everything in the middle but it leaves the edges with some boring space.

Kudos for creating 2 very different designs. I prefer the green layout (partially because I just like green) but I also really like the background and edging artwork.
One place to possibly improve upon would be to try to get your links to fit better into that designated space. The links look like they are too wide for the space (or that space is too narrow for the links).

I like the colors you used for both designs. I think my favorite is the green one because it has this creative, but happy feel to it. I also love the background! I think it would be cool if you switch the square shape photos into a circle frame because you have the circular swirls for the background. I would watch the alignment of your photos and text, make sure they match up. Also, expand the box that contains your links so the text isn't touching. It would give it more breathing room.

Good use of colors on both designs. I like your first design the green color scheme is way better than your 2nd design the red just hurts my eyes just a bit. Just need to fix the spacing on your links on your web page for the first design.

Hello, you are playing with color very well in both designs. I am liking the green one more because visually it is more interesting. I think you are using negative space well, but i also want the design to be a bit more organized and have a flow to it. Playing with the shapes could help with that. Great start!

You did a really nice job over here. I would choose the green one just because its has more elements even though the fall theme is very nice looking. I do feel there is a lot of floating space on the second one, that you could minimize adding an extra image or more text. I think the green one is representing you very well, and the little details are so kiut.

Hi Charmaine, your design is good especially the colors, for example, the green design feels like summer. I would recommend playing around your links box maybe try with the white but keep the leaves banner around. Also, the orangeish and red gradient looks lovely with the image. Try different shapes on the intro. box, maybe you could use a leaf shape on your intro box.

i enjoy the first one because its vibrant and simple. i would however, add more images to fill up some, not all, but some of the empty space. thats all

I like the first one better because it looks really calm and I think it's got more of your personality. I think that the square around the links looks a little out of place because it contrasts the pretty swirling design in the background.
