Above is the link to my website. I think that I copied the look of my layout from project one pretty accurately (maybe because of how simple my layout was). I added a slide show feature (as mentioned in project one) that involves a script and oh boy was that both fun and irritating! So, I had to look on the internet to find out how to make a slide show in html5 and I found one that I like on w3schools.com but I felt weird about just copying and pasting the code to my website without knowing what is going on. So I looked at the code and noticed it was in C++ , which I previously took a semester on learning that language, so I had some confidence of understanding. I have spent around 5 hours relearning C++ to not only understand but also explain what the script was doing via comments in the code. I hope y'all enjoy and let me know what you think.

Looks good, like the gallery but you have a lot of open space. Might want to add something more.

Great work with the scripting because that slideshow is smooth. I like the look you have here. The only thing that needs fixing would be your text. Looks like some fonts didn't show up correctly. Great work!

Oh no that duck!
I concur with your thesis. You did a very good job of bringing your design across from Project One. I especially like that you brought in the sitcom type in your logo via CSS to use on your titles. Your image slideshow is a nice touch too. It's working well. Great use of contrast throughout the design. Your colors are well chosen and separate themselves from each other enough to create additional contrast. I also like the light to dark stack you've got going on. It leads the eye through your composition well.
My big issue with it is that the design is a little fragmented in this implementation. There just seems to be too much margin between everything. Enlarging the image area in your slideshow likely would have helped. I also don't like the serif type in your footer. I think you would have been better served with a sans-serif type.
Good work!

I can't stop thinking of your slideshow. It is all good and flows great in the layout to be engaged as a viewer. Thanks for posting your site.
