Here are my inspiration websites I found
https://hollywarbs.com/work
https://www.malikafavre.com/
I found these two websites inspiring mainly in the way that they are organized and how they each display the artwork of each artist. They are very interactive and fun!
Hello! Here's my rough. They're both drastically different in color scheme but Overall similar layout and theme. I want a minimal feel that is based around movement. That's why I like the use of lines in both of the roughs. Contrast is also a big part of what I was going for in order to make them seem more dynamic. I really plan on playing around more with the color scheme and the layout of the type.

Hi Lin!
I really like that you chose two really different designs to show for your roughs! The color schemes are both really cool, but I think I like the red and black one just a bit more because it's easier to read the type, and the flowing red is gorgeous against the dark background!
Really pretty designs, I can't wait to see how your final website turns out : )

Hello Lin,
These look great! I like the color schemes you chose. Personally, I would pick the red and black design because the teal is hard to read on the yellow background, but if the text were a lighter color, I think you could pick either. Great job!

Hi Lindsey,
I really enjoy both of the designs you used. I love the bright colors as well as the dark colors used. I would say my favorite of the two is the black and red just because it is a little easier to see. I think that the text is just a tad bit hard to read. I would explore using a slightly thicker text but I do like the style of it. The red lines and outlined butterfly are really eye catching and yet subtle. Nice job!

Hi Lindsey
These are both really cool designs. I like both of the layouts, but I definitely like your first one the most. The butterfly is really beautiful and I just love that black, red, and white combination. The only thing I would change would be perhaps the font on everything except your name. I think it's a little too thin and a little hard to read. Other than that, I think it's great!

Hey Lindsey!
I really love your first design! I like the colors, the graphics, and the layout. I would only change the body type as it is thin and a bit hard to read. I think that type works well for the GRC info on the bottom though. And maybe the type on the right if it was thicker like the bottom. But overall I really like how you did it!

Hey Lin,
I love your black and red design. I think it's a great boldness with black and that strong red. I think your little circular objects can be a tad bit thicker, maybe even less than 1 point, and if your typefaces can be stronger as well. Your imagery and colors are bold and so should your type! Really nice work can't wait to see the rest.

Hi Lindsey,
I think your first design is gorgeous and would absolutely choose that one. The only thing I noticed that I would change is that your type is getting too thin to the point where it is becoming hard to read. While the yellow one is nice and all too, the red and black colors are so bold and beautiful and the white image of the butterfly(?moth?) and flowers all work really well together. I think you achieved that feeling of movement in a simple way and did a good job with the contrast of colors.

Hi Lindsay,
Wow!! These designs are amazing. I love the simple background on each and how you used shapes to make it fun. I especially love your first design with the butterfly and the flowers. It works great in the mobile and website view option. The only thing I would suggest is trying a different color for the menu bar and the info, or making the text a middleweight instead of the lightweight to it. Other than that these are great roughs!

Hi Lin!
I'm obsessed with your first concept (the dark one) its beautiful!! I love the colors, I'm a sucker for red You really pulled off the black background...not everyone can! And the illustrations are beautiful. If you're gonna use white text on a black background I would say try a heavier typeface or heavier version of the one you're using. Your body copy gets lost in there. But very strong composition overall. Im excited to see how it turns out.
