I can definitely see this being used as a club or some Home Depot appliance signs. Keep it up!

Hi Tyler
I really like your first concept it looks really personable and like it's a glimpse into your world as a designer I really like the layout and the placement of all the little things you have. If i were to do something differently I would work on the body copy and the placement of that because it's hard to read against your busy background.

Hi Tyler! I really like how much visual interest you have in your design, there are so many fun details and I am loving it! I feel like the viewer gets a great idea of your personality too! I think the only suggestion I would have is to get rid of that box you have surrounding everything, I think your content is already so strong that the box isn't necessary. Awesome work!

WOW

you really went above and beyond for these designs I wish you had shown more of the second one I really like the neon signs aesthetic you had going  , but it's clear you like the minimal office look but I can see why. It's modern and sleek with a lot of personality! For a portfolio website, you're gonna need that for sure. The only item I would consider changing is how much of the office picture you have, the body copy gets lost in the first bit with the white chair. Maybe you could darken the image?

Hi Tyler!

Wow - your homepage for your first set is so compelling and #D almost with hoe you play with the imagery of the background to work with you layout. VERY CREATIVE!

I do like the simplicity of your second option and the logo you made of your initials with the neon sign text BUT there's no mobile so it's a little hard to compare with your fist set that is so fleshed out. I htink it's obvious to say you're going to go with your first set which I concur is by far the strongest (and most unique I've seen thus far). As far as what I would change, I would make make the home page button at the top more noticeable (bigger) as I forget its there but other than that , really fun and inspiring layout. Really looking forward to seeing where to take this! :)

Hey Tyler!

I love the concepts! They use the image really well and it's fun. As a website that's really amazing and a smart way to use the image to display your tabs. I love the bottom's display of Instagram and your platform. It's just an overall really smart way to organize everything! I believe the mobile is gonna be the same thing but smaller right? If it is that's cool, just be careful with the sizing and readability. I would also maybe make the tabs and project/info a bit bigger just so we know where to go. But overall, this is super cool and I can't wait to see it in action!

Hey Tyler,

That first design is good. You clearly put so much thought and effort into it and it shows. It seems so deceptively simple but you find something new with each glance. You're also the only one who designed your site to scroll and I sort of wish I had also done that? Layout sure is simpler when you have more room. I had wanted to make this site a sort of portfolio as well, which means I may need to borrow a few ideas from you haha. I also like that you added the social media links. I also like how the design also references the process and gives it a sort of professional feel. Super good. Can't wait to see your other work in this class.
