I am a sucker for animals and the doggo you put in there absolutely warms my heart. I saw it at first glance and said "aww." I think the overall look os very professional. it looks well spaced and laid out. nice job.

Hey Ericha,
I absolutely love how this design looks on the mobile format, it is just so visually pleasing and well balanced that I can't just stop staring at it. Overall, I have no negative critiques whatsoever because I believe that these final designs satisfy the goals and requirements for this project very well and additionally comes off as being highly professional. Amazing work!

Hey Ericha,
These designs are nice and simple with a nice touch of animal thrown in. My favorite of the two is your mobile design. Though can see the web design taking place over. I would say the only change I would recommend is placement of text. Great design.

Hi Ericha

You automatically have the best design because of the dog  but seriously your layout is lovely and works well. I like the logo, it gives the page a personal touch.

Pupper! Such a great photo, Ericha.

This whole design has a kind of starkness to it. Like a cool winter's day or the white room from the Matrix. It immediately draws your eye to the dog who looks so curious about everything going on. There's such a great structure to this thing due to your use of margins and proximity. Everything is carefully grouped and a nice distance from everything else, yet not so far that the composition shatters. Just great contrast everywhere here. Even though it's very clean and extremely well laid out, it kind of has a sketch quality to it. I lay that at the feet of your super cool logo. And maybe your minimalist colorscheme. Great choice with the sage green it works well with your mostly white with flecks of black layout. One area where it calls attention is to your navigation, which is a great choice. You want eyeballs on that. Typographically it works well to. The sans-serif adds to the cleanliness, but it's a non-standard sans-serif which adds to the whimsy.

I would have added a little more leading between the lines of your bodycopy. Your class info looks a little tight, too.

Great work!

Hi Ericha!

This is a Super strong layout and it turned out great!! I love the contrast between your type, the script font that looks amazing and the san serif right under really work well together! The navigation is easy to understand and the color choices are also very strong! Great job!

Really nice logo, Ericha. Nice organization, separation of elements, nice fonts and colors of font. Your design is soft and easy. The body copy is a little too light... it's even a little blurry looking trying to read it. I think you need a little more saturation of color in that part... and a little more leading with that particular typeface and that wide of a column--the eyes go so far to the right reading through it, that it's easy to lose where to 'return' the eyes to, and more leading would help that. I LIKE how you punched up "Design is my main passion"! The Logo, that punch-up, and the GRC info are equal to each other in saturation and stand out as The Important Bits (need your email addy with your GRC lines), along with the adorable dog... I would clean up the little white specks on him that make you wonder what he just got into... he's very, very in focus, and what a cute dog, that face is impossible to ignore! What's his/her name?

Hello,
I enjoy the solid experience of this page, my meaning being that it is straightforward and clean design. Oh, and such a cute puppy! I am a dog guy, so I like the idea of putting our pets on our respective websites. I also like the muted olive color you used in your logo and your font, I feel like if a user was to utilize to your website the directions are clear, the desktop version has rad balance, and the aesthetic is positive and fits the theme they can navigate and succeed at reaching the desired information. I'm not finding a whole lot that is negative but if had to choose something I'd say the email and class tag in the mobile version feels a bit out of place. I would think of dropping it down to the bottom of the screen and possibly lightening the value/saturation so it's not such a heavy weight and out of the way. Looks like an awesome start I look forward to seeing the next step.
