In Version II of my roughs (green, pink, blue), the little pictures under the banner allow the user to change the banner picture.
Thanks for the helpful advice everyone always offers.

Your first design is much more active and exciting then your second, I would go with that one. Im not sure if its my monitor calibration but the second one's type has some contrast issues.

First Idea, very dynamic and I'm really loving those colors! Its very artistic, yet still shows off the technical side of design.

These are amazing. I too like the first the best but both are well done. Love the tabs on the first. Great job!

Your first and second one are really good. The colors work and they are very artistic and fun. Im not sure i get the TM you should put in TMCC

The first design. It has much more visual interest. The open lab link is a great idea. I agree with Angel on using "tmcc" rather than "tm".

Got to agree with the pile here. The first design is very dynamic and eyecatching, while at the same time being easy to navigate and cleanly laid out. Those photo/drawing/rendering collage top bars in particular really grab my eyeball.

Both designs suffer from some definite contrast issues though, especially in the type. On the first design I'm loosing your bodycopy in the white and it's completely disrupted by the background shapes. I'd make the bodycopy a darker color (black or very dark olive would work I think) and then fade the background images back a good 50%. I would also increase the height and fonts size of your tabs in order to make the navigation a little stronger and fill in the gap above them.

Very good work, Tommie. Very good work!
