I say to go with the second concept since it seems to be the strongest of the two! It also sets up more organization and order that I am not getting from the first one; additionally, the green gradient/shadows behind the white text in the first design throw me off, but that just might be my personal tastes talking. But besides this, if you do decide to go with the second one, I think what can improve it is by incorporating more colors into the composition--especially lighter ones--so that it will invite the viewer in. Other than that, good job!

I think your second concept is really good here! the colors fit well with tmccs school colors and the layout looks clean and easy to navigate!
