Hey Guys! For my final, I ended up going with the design that incorporates more of the image that I have. I made some leading changes and I changed the opacity on my squares. I think it came out looking very cool and I'm happy with it. Over the week I tried completely switching up the composition and made my design a bit more bubbly but I ended up not liking it as much as this so here we are

For my web inspirations, I found Pinterest to be very helpful in terms of finding cool color schemes that go with the picture I took. I also found this web design article to be very helpful in terms of laying out my design. Project One Final

Hello Erika,
I love the overall aesthetic you created in your layouts. The trees in the background really add to the ethereal and soothing mood of the overall design. I like the sense of unity and contrast which makes your text very legible. My only suggestions are making the TMCC logo lighter and perhaps changing the menu bar text to the sans serif font you used for your bodycopy to maintain a bit more consistency. Other than that, I believe you met the project criteria and did so beautifully.

Hi Erika,
I'm really liking your color schemes on your final design. Too, I love that you incorporated your "ET" logo, it adds a fun dimension to your design. The only thing I can say right now is that the TMCC logo gets a little lost. Maybe make it white or the cool pink color of your name so that there's a little more contrast against your cool background image. Good work!

Hi Erika!
I really like how your design turned out, the background image is super cool and it works well with the font you chose for your name.
My only advice would be to get rid of your email at the bottom because you already have a contact button in your navigation bar.
Good Job!

Hello Erika!
Nice work! I love the changes you have made so far. I am such a fan of the font you chose for your name, I love the subtle off-white color and how it works with the sans serif font you are using in the body copy. I think you should use that sans serif everywhere! I like the serif font used in the navigation, but swapping to that sans serif might help everything look a lot more cohesive. Oh also! Nice job incorporating your logo. I noticed it in the printing class and I am a fan Love how this turned out!

Hi Erika,
I think thats a really cool photo that you took! I think that changing the opacity was a great idea! Something that you can maybe play with is minimizing the font styles that you have, I think that you may have three different font styles but I think if you used only two, it'll help with the composition of your design. For me, I gravitate more to the font style in your body rather than the font style for your navigation buttons, email, and TMCC info. Hope that helps! Awesome job!

Great Job Erika! I love the image and fonts you chose! I would maybe use the same font for your biography as you did for your Projects / About/ Contacts just to keep the page looking consistent. Overall these are awesome!

Hello Erika,
Nice work on the final designs! I like how you made them look more professional by changing the type style to serif fonts. I really like the type style you chose for your name and I think it matches the background colors. My suggestions are to add either transparency to the background image or a transparent rectangle so your name and body copy will pop out more. Maybe changing the color of the tmcc logo to white will help it stand out too. Nice work!

Hi Erika!
Love the contrast of the background with the font color, it's a very calming design! The TMCC logo is a little lost in the background though, maybe change it to a lighter color Overall, awesome job!

Hi Erika,
I'm really liking the background, it gives it a refreshing feel. I would just change some elements for contrast, like the tmcc logo and the box on the top left.
