I really like both of your designs! I think I am leaning towards the first one because you chose a strong image to go alongside the home page. The hierarchy works well too. My only advice is to consider adding in a highlight color to really make things shine. Great stuff regardless.

i really like the first design! It works a lot more for the website you're redesigning, it all came out really well! I personally wouldn't change anything on it as well. Keep up the good work!
