Hey Everyone!
Here is the link to my web page, which has been giving me a ton of issues. Going to try and work out the kinks as the rest of the class goes on but I am having issues with the way the site is being displayed in various browsers. Looks bad in safari, worse in chrome, but better in Opera? I have 0 clue. I had to tone down my effects for now. If I find a way to stack shadows I think I can get closer to my desired effects.

Project 02 Final
Re: Project 02 Final
Hi Isaac,
This is looking really good so far. I totally understand the frustration with making it look good in other browsers, so I'm in the same boat with you. I viewed it in Chrome and Edge and it didn't look too bad at all! I love your background color and the matching font color for the references and buttons. Only thing I might right is to maybe add a little more of a margin on the right side so that right side of your project buttons line up with the right side of your "About Me" paragraph. Maybe you already did that and the way it's being viewed is messing it up? In any case, can't wait to see how it looks moving forward.

Welcome to the world of bowser compatibility! It's what drives all of us in this field completely insane. Though his thing's looking pretty decent across most of the browsers I test it on, Isaac. I'd say you have a good foundation here to play with effects if you want to.
I actually think you did a pretty good job of realizing your Project One in the browser here. It's got good use of contrast, your background gradient is somehow even more vivid being rendered programmatically in the browser, and I can easily read all of your sans-serif text. The white stands out nicely even against the lighter purple at the bottom of your gradient. Your navigation and external links are easy to see and use. Everything seems to be pretty much where it belongs. Just a clean design that you've executed better than you give yourself credit for.
The big things that I see are that your link box is a little small for your Smashing Magazine link, causing it to wrap, and the your Project navigation buttons and your "Project Links" text appear to be in different containers that are moving separately.
Nice work!

Isaac,
Hello! I love your finished website, the layout is flowing nicely and the colors are working well together. I am having a bit of a problem opening it in the browser, in the way that it does scale a bit big, but other than that it's all working well!

Hello Isaac,
I'm glad to see that you made your design into a living, breathing website! I really like how faithful your site is to the final design you presented for project 01. The only thing I would suggest, though, is extending your background so it could cover the whole browser window. Aside from that, you did an amazing job!

Hi Isaac!
Your website looks awesome! I love how the gradient for the background and the luminosity on the links. The only thing I would suggest is wrapping your "Project Links" in something so they aren't floating about. Overall, great job!

Hey Isaac!
I love the glowing effect you have for the links and projects. It looks good with the colors in the background. I think you did a good job on the font style and layout. If I could change one thing, I would make the buttons of projects centered with the subhead. Good job!

Hello Isaac, good work. I like your background colors. Your fonts are also very simple, clean and legible. I feel like the resources and links could be its own separate page.

Hey Isaac,
Great website so far! I think that you're layout is looking close to your final design from Project01! Love the gradient in the background! Something that I think would help your website would maybe just some alignment adjustments with project links, its a bit pushed more to the right side so the buttons aren't visible until you scroll. Hope that helps and awesome work! Can't wait to see your future projects!

Hey Isaac! Really nice job on your website, it looks really good! I like your layout that you have going on and the image that you chose. If I had to change one thing I would align "GRC 175" with "Hey there!", its off just the tiniest bit. Otherwise really nice job!
