I really like both layouts, I think the designs are legible and I like the color palette that you chose! I like the pops of yellow and green for both layouts! I think I like the layout with the red header better because the alignment of text helps the flow of the eye go down your website which is always great for viewers! Something that I think would help your designs would possibly move the sub-headline "Overview" over a bit to the left so that the alignment matches up with the rest of your subheads! Hope that helps!
