I love the colors you used for your designs! My favorite layout would be the second one. I think the picture of the landscape added a lot of personality. The only thing I would do or try is maybe different typefaces for the second layout. The type you have is beautiful and decorative, but it might be hard to read for some viewers. Everything else looks good to start your wonderful website!
