Looks good, Like the layout of the page, its set up solid but still has an unconventional method though out the design that's working nicely.
Not so hot on the typeface you are using for you buttons, idk (personal preference) but its seems to be a little to playful for me, but you good with typography, it could just be me...
Also, I think you should include the TMCC or its full name somewhere in the design, granted the logo is there but I just think it will be more effective to have the name in there....it communicates more clearly than just the logo

I agree, not too hot on the serif typeface, but the rest is sweet jesus. Love the colors

I like both your designs but the first is my favorite. Love the lines that connect the titles with the grc. The bright green is a little to blob you in the face. I would tone that down or add in some other blow you in the face colors so it looks like its not a mistake. Your menu bar is awesome. Can't wait to see which one you pick.
