Hi Sierra!

I am really loving the light green layout, I think it’s simple but adds just a pop to the website. It allows some nice contrast

Hm. I'm not really sure which homepage goes to which inner page. So I'll pick the best home page, the bottom layout, and the best inner page, the top layout, and say you should build that.

I like the diagonal lighting through your inner page. It gives it visual interest and I think should be carried over to your homepage. I'd steal the nav and topy bar from the homepage and use that there. Both the home page and the inner page make good use of contrast. Thye homepage hads a navigation that's easy to see and presumably use.

These must have some form of picture or graphic once they get built into real pages. As it is, they are too plain. I'd highly recommend adding TMCC's green in as an accent color on your inner page. Maybe use it on your title.
