Hey! You got it working! Nicely done Percy. You are clearly having fun with absolute positioning here. And you made it responsive even though I didn't ask for it. That's the kind of overachieving madness that'll take you far in this field and that I like to see!
You've done a great job of translating your grocery store backroom bulletin board into a living breathing website. And, because it's modular, you can easily reshuffle everything with media queries. The background cork board shines through and makes for a great background image. Those push pins are still a fun little detail. Your sticky notes and paper scarps look appropriately haphazard. And that photo still looks like some vague blackmail material someone put up on the board. The whole thing tells a bit of a story, doesn't it?
If you change your "Index.html" to lowercase, i.e. "index.html" you won't even need to add it in the link. The regular URL (https://www.grc175.com/student/fall-2024/percy-ames/) will just work, since browsers are auto-programmed to look for files named "index". Also, your email link does not work. You closed your <a> tag before the <img> tag so it doesn't wrap. I'd probably add a couple more media queries to reshuffle the design in between full mobile and full computer. Looks like it's missing a page title as well.
Excellent work!

Hi Perchy,
This is a very clever design, I love the corkboard background and all the push pin notes, this really screams creative to me. The only that I noticed is that none of your links work, I'm not an expert on this and I don't know how you coded it. But anyway, excellent job!

Hi Perchy,
You did a great job executing your project one design. You had a lot of fun elements in your design that make this unique and you did a great job bringing that into your website. I like the attention to detail with the drop shadows. My only suggestion is to make the overall site a little smaller - it might just be its reaction to my screen but it's very zoomed in on my end.
Great job,
Rebekah

Hey, Percy,
I tried clicking each link provided, and unfortunately, there is still something I am not able to see. :/ I wish I could leave more feedback, because all I see is the bulletin board with no links, but whatever I see looks great!!

Holy Octopus what a cool site,
your colors and gradients are amazingly 3d, and I can see the space for your projects etc. It feels like this site needs a theme song. super well done!

hello Percy.
Your website looks exactly as your original design. I don't really have a lot to say except that your design looks pretty cool, easy to navigate. Great job!
