Hey CJ, I'm going to agree with Rebecca here and say that while I like the layout of the first one, the colour scheme of the second design works wonderfully together. However, you might want to drop the shadow to some of your text like others have recommended, it makes it harder to read your body copy in the second one, but works great for the TMCC info because it can draw the eye without being overpowering.

Hi CJ,

Both layouts have positives- design one has an effective layout and the photo is great. The only thing I'd look at would be the paragraph text -- using that particular color at that particular place the text seems to get lost and its tough to read.

On design two, I like the colors and again, the phot is cool. My suggestion here is regarding the paragraph text as well: using the drop shadow behind the text and all caps makes the text very hard to read. Other than that, nice design.

Overall, I like the direction you're headed.

I think you should go with layout number one but I would get rid of fade, its boring. The type isn't grabbing me the way it should be, it needs a little work.
Its gonna look awesome.

Hey there! I like the colors used in your second concept and I like the layout of the first. I think making that switch would make it look great, nice concepts!

I prefer the second one all around. The color choices are much better. I think that your drop shadow on the top section introducing the page is a little strong though and you could definitely spread that out or reduce it some. Also your name should be equidistant from the buttons above it and the to be announced button.

I like the layout for the fist one , but not the colors so much. The text boxes are a little bit too blurred as well.
