For Changes for this site first thing I worked on was making it more organized. the next big edit was the color schemes I got very mixed reviews on them which to me I took as lets scrap it and start over so i choose an analogous blue color scheme with a teal color because i felt it both looked good and was able to represent myself which is the main goal of the project. I also left a lot of blank space because i want to add projects i do during the year to the site as i complete them. As for the typeface I used I chose Birch Std due to its large x height to help the legibility and gave it a lighter back-shadow to push it away from the background. As for the picture of me I chose to use it in the heading section place the faces to look at the main headline. Other then that i just tried to make the visual hierarchy word to draw the eye from the top to the bottom the navigation does have a rollover that turns to a lighter blue that cant be seen due to this being a jpg. Please leave any comments on improvements you would like to see bellow.

Wow CJ, this is very much improved. I think your new color scheme is working well, and I think you could get away with using a few more tints of your two main colors, especially for the background where the heavy reading sits. It just feels a little too dark in the middle. I also like your idea of using Birch for your headers and such, but I think I'd choose a more legible sans-serif type for your paragraph text.

C.J.,

I agree with Rebecca about the background color. If you tint the color you are currently using I think the contrast with the type will work much better. I really like the changes you have made since first critique. The new design is clean and easy to follow, while the blue color scheme is effective. Good Job.

I love the way of you make a layout, everything aligned and easy to go around this website.
I think you can play a bit more with color scheme, some text is kinda hard to read.

Heya C.J.

Very nicely redone! I'm a huge fan of your new color scheme and I think your layout is pleasing to the eye, especially if you actually create those geometric borders between the spaces for all of your future projects. I might change the body content color to black to make it more legible and change the highlight on the "GRC 175..." line to black as well. And while I do kind of like the uniformity of mirroring the picture in your header, it might be more fun to have two different pictures up there.

Hi C.J.! Very beautiful color scheme. The blues and blue-greens are very easy on the eyes, and I enjoy how you face imagery is focused in on your name. In regards to your name/headline- I know you said you've put a slightly lighter glow behind the letters, to set the blue letters part from the even darker blue background. But I'm thinking, might you consider pushing that glow even further- if not changing the chroma of the colors altogether? The blue title is still getting just a bit lost to me. Awesome Job!

Hi CJ! Love the colors! Very nice! Might be able to achieve a bit better contrast with lightening up a tad. Otherwise, I think you did a great job! :)

Nice design, it's very simple and easy to read. but personally I'd like to see a complementary color scheme in your design. Right now I feel your design a little bit cold.

Hi C.J.,

Much better! Its easy to navigate, clean and organize. I like the color choose blue, But, for the text instead of that color make the text white it would be easier to read and understand and maybe a little bigger. I also like the the layout is very symmetrically balanced VERY NICE! :D
