Okay this is DEFINITELY off topic. But does anyone know where I can get a really good price on fine crystal wine glasses? I considered Ebay but I don't trust the shipper not to break them in transit so they have to be locally purchased.

Have you tried some of the local antique shops? Otherwise your best bet is Macys or Dillards

I think there's probably a crystal shop in Reno somewhere... I doubt you'll be forced to use a department store if you don't want to. But google will have to be the one to provide you specifics.
