I like the final design. It is clean, well thought out, and visually appealing. What is not appealing are the large number of misspellings on the site. If you really want to work for Pixar, I'd suggest that spelling the company name correctly would be the first step in achieving your goal. These misspellings really distract from your design. Please run your copy through a spell checker.
