Hi Juan,
You have two strong layouts. I'm leading more towards the light bulb one. Its the first thing I see when I look at the design. The color choose are great not to dark and not to bright just perfect. The TMCC logo kind of gets lost so maybe instead of black make it green and a little bigger. Nice Job!

Well I like your light bulb concept more, however your typography seems to "pop" more off of your green layout. Is there anyway to get that same contrast with your typography off of the light bulb layout???

I like both layouts and feel they would both make great sites. I like the color of the first rough and think that factor makes it slightly more appealing. Good work.

I hope you go with the light bulb layout. It really says creativity. And the TMCC logo looks like part of the filament of the light bulb.
