I like your second one with all the trees and leaves. I like the balance you have.

I enjoy your design, the one with tree branches, very simple but visually interesting, nice idea for buttons as tree leaves. The only thing I would change is the alignment of "web design and Publishing" , eather aligning with the box below "about me" or mover it more to the left. Also as an option, maybe play a little with color combination, to make it more visually exciting. Otherwise, good job!
