Here it is, the final for project 1. I tried to take some of your advice moved a few things around and cleaned it up a bit. I think it's much more fluid now and I'm pretty happy with it. Tear it UP!!!

Dip the bottom of the "g" in the water with a ripple effect. Add "Huckleberry Finn" fishing in front of the "e" or "n". Have the top cross in "J" in Jackson overlay the "i" in "Chris".

I'm very satisfied with the final design. The small tweaking (I just realized "twerking" could be misread hahah) made a difference. I'm liking your colors and concept of the page. Many design elements pop out and make it worth seeing. Great job!

What do I say about this design... It looks wonderful and just-- I really have nothing to nitpick about your layout or anything in particular. Your colors are wonderful and the type you chose for the header and buttons fit perfectly! Kinda thinking about the type choice for the body text though but I don't think it's a big deal. Your current one works just fine. Definitely professional looking and I get that "photobook" impression from your design (which I assume was what you're trying to get at). Great job~!

But seriously, this design is an excellent use of color, photography, typography, and page layout to move the eye through the design. I just want to seal it up in an artisanal mason jar and put it on my upcycled bookshelf. There's even great use of margins which a number of others in this class are struggling with. I wouldn't make too many changes to it. I think it looks good as is.

About the only thing that I can find issue with is I think it would look cleaner with the body copy in a sans serif typeface.

Other than that, it's looking good.

This looks really great! The colors go really well together and the type you used go great with your design. The only thing I could say is it just took me s little longer to find your button links I didn't realize they were on the top right of the page, maybe make the type just a little bit bigger to help blindish people like me haha.

I really like your page Chris, the logo and the imagery work well. My eye moves right to your upper buttons first though, maybe try moving them below the word Design? Otherwise, great page.
