I like all the images in the first design and the colors, it looks really nice!

i enjoy the home page, that image is very crisp. I think in this design you can get away with using a font that you think works well at describing the grc program.

I like the use of space in both, but the second design interests me more.

I like the top image of the first layout and the bottom structure of the second design.

either design could go really well im leaning towards the first though.
